Rich clay-limestone soils, with good capacity for exchange with the plants. Mediterranean climate with Atlantic influence, high temperature variation, full southern exposure of the vines. The vineyard is planted on a slope with optimum drainage, contributing to the balance of the vines and subsequent small productions. The grapes are concentrated and have acidity potential which produces fresh wines with longevity.
Greenish yellow, tropical, lemony aroma with complex notes. It has volume and freshness, in harmony with notes of pineapple, asparagus, minerality and texture.
100% Sauvignon Blanc, manually harvested with different degrees of ripeness.
Fermented in 225 liter French oak barrels, without battonage, aged for five months after fermentation.
