Rich clay-limestone soils, with good capacity for exchange with the plants. Mediterranean climate with Atlantic influence, high temperature variation, full southern exposure of the vines. The vineyard is planted on a slope with optimum drainage, contributing to the balance of the vines and subsequent small productions The grapes are concentrated and have acidity potential which produces fresh wines with longevity.
Slightly salmon coloured, complex and elegant. The mousse is engaging with a very fine bubble. The end is long and persistent.

Grapes are cooled, crushing (gently squeezed) without maceration, and fermentation below 15º C.
